Scheduling software for car customization shops

Your bays, booked. Your phone, quiet.

One shared schedule for aftermarket installation and tuning shops — with bay capacity that can't be overbooked, consultations that don't swallow the day, and every enquiry recorded from day one.

Built for shops in Serbia and the region. Interface in English and Serbian.

The problem

The owner shouldn't be the switchboard

In most shops the person holding the soldering iron is the person answering the phone. Everything else follows from that.

Every call breaks the work

Calls arrive while a dashboard is open on the bench. The job stops, the caller gets half an answer, and nothing ends up written down.

Customers come twice

Once to find out what's possible and what it costs, once to leave the car. For most jobs the first trip can be replaced by a VIN, a few photos and fifteen minutes on the phone.

Nobody knows what was asked for

Requests live in call history and Instagram messages. So nobody can say which module was asked for eleven times last month — or what's worth keeping in stock.

What it does

Built around the one thing that limits a shop: bays

Not a generic booking tool with a car icon. The schedule is built on how many cars actually fit, and how long each type of job holds a bay.

Bay capacity, not guesswork

Set how many cars fit at once. Drop it for the weeks someone is on leave or off sick. The schedule refuses to overbook — and says so before you promise a date.

A service list you control

Add a service, set its typical duration in hours or days, retire what you no longer offer. Ambient lighting holds a bay all day; a module swap holds it for two hours. No developer needed.

Two kinds of appointments

Consultations of 15 minutes with a daily cap, so advice doesn't eat the working day. Installations that hold a bay for hours or days. One click turns a consultation into a booked job.

One screen for the whole shop

A day view for the workshop monitor and the same data on every phone: which car, which job, which comment, which status. Status changes with one tap.

Every enquiry recorded

Including the ones that never book. Service, vehicle, outcome — booked, still deciding, or lost. After a few months that is a real picture of demand, not a feeling.

Ready for what comes next

Online booking from your website, automatic confirmations and reminders, quotes and deposit tracking, then parts and stock — delivered in that order, driven by the shops using it.

How it works

From first message to handover

The goal is one physical visit instead of two, for every job where that's possible.

01

The enquiry arrives

Phone call, web form, or Instagram message. Your scheduler records it in one place, with the same questions every time.

02

Triage

Vehicle, service, photos, VIN, budget — and whether the customer is committed or still researching. Simple jobs get a date straight away.

03

Consultation, 15 minutes

On the phone whenever the VIN and photos are enough, in person when they aren't. Capped per day so consultations never take over.

04

Parts, then a date

Nothing is ordered without a deposit, and the installation date is set once the parts have arrived. No bay is held for a car that can't be worked on.

05

Installation and handover

The workshop sees the whole day at a glance — vehicle, job, comment. The customer gets a message when the car is ready.

Questions

The things shops ask first

Who owns the data in the system?

The shop does. You are the data controller and we process the data on your behalf under our Data Processing Addendum. You can export it at any time, and when you stop using ServisTermin we return or delete it.

Do you take a percentage of my jobs or my deposits?

No. ServisTermin is a fixed monthly subscription. Deposits are recorded as information only — the money moves between you and your customer and never passes through us. We are not a payment service.

Do you send messages to my customers?

On the Pro plan, confirmations and reminders go out in your shop's name through a messaging provider. You are the sender: you decide the content and you hold the customer's consent. Message costs are billed by the provider.

Is it compliant with data protection law?

The software is built for the obligations of a processor: named user accounts, access control, encryption in transit, an audit trail of who changed what, defined retention and deletion, and a published list of subprocessors. Serbia's data protection law follows the same structure as the GDPR.

Does it work on a phone and on a workshop screen?

Yes. It runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install. The same schedule appears on a monitor in the workshop, on a laptop at the desk, and on the phone in someone's pocket.

Can we try it before paying?

Fourteen days, no card. We set up your services, their durations and your bay count with you first, so you are testing your own shop's schedule rather than a demo.

Does this website track me?

No. This site loads no third-party scripts and sets no tracking cookies. Your language choice is stored locally in your own browser and nowhere else.

What if we need something the software doesn't do?

Tell us. The order of what gets built is driven by the shops using it, and the parts of the product that differ from shop to shop — services, durations, capacity — are already settings rather than code.
